Terms of Service
Last updated: August 8, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Minday (the "Service"). By creating an account or using Minday, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Who can use Minday
You must be at least 13 years old to use Minday. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide when creating an account is accurate.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away at takshaktiwari@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Spaces and shared content
Minday organizes content into "Spaces" — sharing circles you create or join. Anything you add to a Space (notes, reminders, expenses, dates) is visible to every other member of that Space. Only invite people you're comfortable sharing that content with, and be aware that a Space's owner can remove members or, for a shared Space, the Space can continue to exist and be managed by its remaining members even after you leave.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Minday to:
- Post or store unlawful, abusive, or infringing content;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or data;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including its security features;
- Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law.
Your content
You own the content you create in Minday. We don't claim ownership over it — we store and process it only so we can provide the Service to you and the members of your Spaces, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time. Deletion starts a grace period rather than an instant erase — see our Account Deletion page for exactly how it works and what happens to your data.
Service "as is"
Minday is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Minday will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use Minday after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where local law requires otherwise.
